EVENT RULES & FAQs - Mother's May Market


Do I need to get a ticket for everyone in my group?

If you are attending the Mother’s May Market in Fayetteville, AR, Dallas, TX, or Gallatin, TN on May 8 or Rogers, AR, Cedar Hill, TX, or Smyrna, TN, yes, one ticket is needed per each person in a group. Tickets for the entire group will be sent to registrants on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last. All other Mother’s May Market locations will not require a ticket.

 

Can I get a ticket onsite?

If you are attending the Mother’s May Market in Fayetteville, AR, Dallas, TX, or Gallatin, TN on May 8 or Rogers, AR, Cedar Hill, TX, or Smyrna, TN, yes. Pending availability, tickets will be available on-site, at participating Walmart Supercenters, the day of the event.


What if the reservation time I want is unavailable?

If your desired time slot is filled and unavailable, please check back in the event of a cancellation. Pending availability, tickets will be available on-site, at participating Walmart Supercenters, the day of the event.


What if I don’t see my ticket in my inbox?

Please check your junk or spam folder.

 

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Please check your confirmation or event reminder email where you will be able to select ‘Cancel RSVP.’


Is the event ADA Accessible?

Mother’s May Market is wheelchair accessible. If you require any ADA accommodations, please let us know when you arrive so we can help accommodate. 


Do I have a limit to how many people can join me?

A maximum of six (6) persons per group, with a maximum of five (5) minors will be allowed. This is for safety reasons. 


What if I have more than the maximum six (6) attendees in my group? Can I still attend?

Of course, we would be happy to host your entire party! In order to accommodate your group please sign up for an additional reservation. Please note that a parent or legal guardian must be present in each group.

 

Will Mother's May Market take place if it rains?

Yes, Mother’s May Market will take place rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather, you will be notified of a reschedule or cancellation via email.

 

When should I arrive onsite?

Groups should arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time slot. Early arrival will not have any effect on your turn to enter Mother’s May Market

 

How will I be checked-in?

Tickets will be scanned upon arrival. Please make sure your ticket(s) are on your phone or have it printed. Please see a staff member at the entrance of Mother’s May Market for help.


What if I arrive late?

Groups will be able to enter Mother’s May Market on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that you arrive late, your group will be required to wait in line. 


Do I need to wear a mask?

We ask all attendees to wear a mask at Mother’s May Market. If wearing a cloth mask,
please make sure it:

·           Fits snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.

·           Covers your nose and mouth entirely.

·           Is secured with ties or ear loops.

·           Includes multiple layers of fabric.

 

How is Walmart keeping me safe?

All our onsite staff will be wearing PPE equipment and will maintain 6’ of distance between other staff and attendees. All parking spots will be socially distant from each other. We ask if you are feeling sick, please stay home to protect yourself and others. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.

 

What should I do in case of an emergency?
